In the beginning...

So it begins.  This is my venture to turn a passion of food, wine and golf into something more constructive than simply eating, drinking and schlepping clubs around 7,000 yards of sheer bliss, er frustration.

My primary goal is to connect with great chefs across America who happen to deliver their superior culinary offerings in a golf resort or club - public and private.

I want to bring whatever visibility I might be able to generate to the underexposed, under appreciated and/or inaccessible chefs within the golf kitchen fraternity.

In the end, if  nothing else, I will have enjoyed good conversations, great food and discover recipes I can experiment with as an amateur, at-home chef.   If I am so fortunate to play golf as well, then I will look forward to sharing both culinary and golf stories alike.
